Hale Pilates – Reformer Pilates Studio
By booking or attending classes at Hale Pilates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
All classes, packages, and memberships must be paid for in advance.
Prices and class schedules are subject to change without notice.
Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made within the cancellation window.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the class credit or a fee.
No exceptions can be guaranteed.
3. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons.
Proper athletic attire and grip socks are required for reformer classes.
Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions.
4. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to participation.
Hale Pilates reserves the right to deny participation if a client’s condition may pose a safety risk.
Always follow instructor guidance and work within your personal limits.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Reformer Pilates is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Hale Pilates, its owners, instructors, and employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law.
6. Memberships, Holds & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are provided for unused classes or memberships.
Membership holds may be granted at the studio’s discretion for medical or exceptional circumstances.
7. Changes to Terms
Hale Pilates reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
