Meet Haley
My name is Haley, though most people know me as Hales—the inspiration behind Hale Pilates.
I grew up defined by an active lifestyle and competitive sports, but it wasn’t until I stepped onto a reformer that I truly connected with the concept of mindful movement. That first class changed everything. I was instantly hooked, practicing daily (and often twice a day) to soak up every bit of knowledge I could about the body’s mechanics and the transformative power of the Pilates method.
That obsession turned into a calling. Today, I am fully certified across Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, and more.
My Philosophy
In a world that constantly demands your attention, I believe your time on the reformer should be a gift to yourself. My teaching style is designed to help you become fully present, moving with purpose so you can feel empowered in your own skin.
