  • Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a machine called a reformer. Using springs for resistance, it helps build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance overall alignment through controlled, intentional movement.

  • Yes. Reformer Pilates is extremely beginner-friendly. Classes can be modified to meet you where you are, and the reformer offers both support and challenge depending on the resistance used.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the reformer.

  • Not at all. If it is your first time, we recommend starting with Gentle Reform, Restorative Reform, or Sculpt & Stabilize to learn the basics and build confidence.

  • Many prenatal clients can safely continue with Pilates, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider first. Please let your instructor know you are pregnant before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.

  • Each class offers a unique experience:

    • Tone & Tighten: slow, controlled strength and deep engagement

    • Power Pilates: faster pace, higher intensity, athletic endurance

    • Sculpt & Stabilize: balanced full-body strength with control (all levels)

    • Gentle Reform: calming, supportive, slow pace (great for beginners)

    • Restorative Reform: foundational movements + stretching and alignment

  • Yes. If it is your first class, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you can get set up, meet your instructor, and feel comfortable before class begins.

  • Just yourself, water, and grip socks. Everything else you need will be provided in the studio.
